Support staff receive ongoing CPD throughout the year.

This comprises of the following:

• RWI coaching and 1:1 reading tuition training
• EYFS ‘best practice’
• Training in leading 1:1 and small group interventions
• Emergency first aid / paediatric first aid
• Safeguarding training
• The National College subscription
• Rainbow CPD programme
