Middle leaders and aspiring leaders from across Rainbow Education MAT – and beyond – came together for Day 1 of our new Aspire training programme, marking the beginning of an inspiring journey in leadership development.

The session focused on four core themes: purpose, influence, legacy, and leadership styles. Through rich discussion, personal reflection, and collaborative activities, delegates explored what it means to lead with clarity, integrity, and intention.

The day created space for colleagues to challenge their thinking, celebrate their strengths, and deepen their understanding of the impact effective leadership can have on pupils, staff, and school culture.

Aspire represents our trust’s ongoing commitment to nurturing talent, developing future leaders, and empowering staff to grow, learn, and lead with confidence.
