Support staff receive ongoing CPD throughout the year.
This comprises of the following:
- RWI coaching and 1:1 reading tuition training
- EYFS ‘best practice’
- Training in leading 1:1 and small group interventions
- Emergency first aid / paediatric first aid
- Safeguarding training
- The National College subscription
- Rainbow CPD programme
