The Aspire Middle Leadership Programme is free CPD designed to equip ambitious teachers and current middle leaders with the tools to inspire, influence, and lead change within their schools. This programme is an opportunity to develop your leadership skills, build confidence, and drive improvement in your area of expertise.
Through a series of focused sessions, you will gain a deeper understanding of key leadership principles, from creating a culture of excellence to using data effectively. You'll also learn practical strategies for managing change and developing those around you.
